We have all heard about KPI’s and their importance, but are what you are measuring critical KPI’s; are they future-looking or just another view of what has already happened; are you just going through the motions and not reviewing the data you are capturing; is the energy and effort involved in capturing the data not repaid by their usefulness and practicality?
